I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specializing in Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. My main orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy although I incorporate other modalities when they are helpful to the client. I have been in private practice in Winter Park, Florida  for 20+ years. I have also lived and practiced in Austin, Texas where I was a Licensed Professional Counselor.

I have over 30 years experience as a clinician and I am a graduate of the Clinical Psychology Program at the University of Central Florida.  

My treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. I incorporate a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to individualize the treatment of each client thereby maximizing their success in therapy.
